The Walt Whitman Branch (Schoenherr location) is closed effective October 16, 2006. The new Warren Civic Center library's opening date has not been set.

Why do you close the library branch before the new location is completed!!! I can understand a week or two to move the books and setup. When I asked when the new location would be ready, the staff said after the new year. tgis will be about 3 months!!!!
