Due to the expected snowfall/blizzard, THE ONLY WARREN LIBRARY OPEN on Wednesday, Febrary 2nd will be the CIVIC CENTER LIBRARY, One City Square (ground floor of City Hall, off of Van Dyke, between 12 & 13 Mile). Library hours will be from noon to 8:00 p.m.
